Hi, I'm greg.

Mostly I focus on creating great interactive experiences on mobile devices and 'desktops'. Every now and then I branch off and create things like iPad cases, headboards, remote control cars and more.
I have a Masters of HCI which means I can explain some of the more 'nerdy' aspects of human-computer interaction. I spent 6 years promoting live events which means I know how to market and make money. I pride myself on using my technical and business knowledge to strategically meet my clients goals.

    Currently, I serve as Director of User Experience at TaxSlayer, where I built the company’s first-ever UX org. I lead cross-functional efforts to define roadmaps, implement A/B testing strategies, improve e-commerce conversion, and implement WCAG 2.2 AAA accessibility standards. My work consistently connects research to measurable improvements—whether through optimizing funnel performance or restructuring entire product architectures to better meet customer needs.

      The Givt founders asked me to help them get the project off ground by helping define their vision of 'gift giving' into a simple user experience.

Negotiated radio, print, and television advertising for multiple budgets exceeding $500,000 each. Served as on-site corporate spokesperson for all public relations inquiries, customer service issues and event sponsor needs. Proofed and approved all advertising spots and press releases. Managed on-site staff.
